The Division of Soil Science of Agricultural Systems Institute invites everyone to a webinar series titled “Soil and the Environment” on the 20^th and 27^th of July 2022 via Zoom. The first topic is titled “Plant-based Rehabilitation Strategies of Heavy Metal Contaminated Soils and Mined out Areas in Botswana. This will be discussed by Dr. Venecio Ultra, Jr., Associate Professor in Botswana International University of Science and Technology on July 20.

The second topic is titled” Critical Contribution of Soil Science to Environmental Monitoring and Management” which will be discussed by Mr. Malvin Kenneth Manueli, Geologist and Project Manager in Jacobs Projects Philippines Inc. on July 27.
